So glad you asked! YES! Our cakes are made from scratch using only high quality ingredients including real butter, milk, flour, sugar, & eggs. We even make our own brown sugar and buttermilk in-house! Each cake is then moistened with a vanilla milk soak for added taste/moistness!
Butter bliss also has trained CULINARY PASTRY CHEFS on our team who are constantly testing and trying new flavor combinations to ensure innovation and originality! Also, NO FROZEN STUFF HERE! This ain't no COSTCO or grocery store frozen cake shop!

what will my cake look like when i receive it?
all custom cakes are packaged in a lovely clear display box with a black board that's tied with a matching ribbon. the only time a clear box cannot be used is if it is a sculpted cake that won't fit or if it's a wedding cake!

DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN-FREE, vegan OR DIETARY CAKES?
Yes, we do offer vegan and sugar free cakes in limited flavors. Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten free desserts simply because our home bakery is not gluten free and there is no certain way to make sure that your cake will be completely gluten free for those individuals that have a severe reaction to gluten.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver! We actually recommend delivery for all tiered cakes, but if you're feeling confident, feel free to pick up from our home bakery!

DO YOU SHIP YOUR CAKES?
WE do NOT ship our cakes or desserts, for many reasons, but mostly because we couldn't GUARANTEE if would make it in one piece!
HOW MUCH ARE CAKE TASTINGS AND WHAT DO THEY ENTAIL?
We charge $30 per couple for tastings. Tasting boxes come with up to 4 flavor combinations, 2 sides, & 2 forks.
Each cake/filling combo is built into a "slice" of cake so you can taste the ratio of cake to filling that you would actually receive in your custom cake!
You can also get up to 2 sides of filling to try!
Cake Tastings are done a little differently here at Butter Bliss! As of now, because of the rise in Covid cases in Orlando, FL., I have postponed in-person consultations, but we can always schedule a video chat to talk about what flavors you liked and also about the details of your upcoming event.

HOW CAN I ORDER A CAKE or desserts?
You can text us, email us at [email protected] or CONTACT US HERE! Either way, we'll need ALL the details regarding your event in order to provide you with a quote. (Date, time, theme, colors, flavors, amount of servings needed, and any ideas or pictures you have for reference.)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO GET BACK TO ME?
We will review your submission and get back to you within 48-72 hours. Remember, we are closed on mondays & thursday-saturday are pretty busy with getting orders out. Thank you for your patience!
how much do your cakes cost?
Prices vary depending on size, detail, intricacy & complexity of your design. For custom cakes, we have a $130 minimum, which generally serves about 12 people.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all the details of your event (colors, theme, design, amount of servings, etc.). Since we are usually booked a couple weeks in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (3-4 weeks advance notice is recommended, but we’re happy to fit you in whenever our schedule permits.)
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. We require a non-refundable 50% retainer to book your order. If your balance is not paid IN FULL one week prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk not being accommodated.
What's the booking process?
After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% retainer to secure your date. an invoice will be sent via square with all the details for your event. if it's not in the invoice, it's not included in the order so please be sure to look over the invoice before payment is made. once payment is made, a confirmation will be sent & we will put you in the books!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, afterpay and cash. For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. an invoice will be sent as an email or text with a link for payment online. You can choose to save your card information or don't save it.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. *Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in thousands of dollars lost, just to accommodate your order (obviously, whether you cancel or not).

We currently do not offer sheet cakes. WHY? Well, we pride ourselves on creating one-of-a kind works of art, so NO, we do not offer “basic” cakes because that's just not our style.
We work closely with you to make sure each “show stopping” cake is unique and reflects the recipient’s personality and sense of style. We create custom “centerpiece” cakes. Not basic cakes.
Since we are a HOME BAKERY, it is VERY RARE that we have grab-and-go cakes available. If we do, it will be advertised on our Instagram /Facebook pages! Make sure to check our story and turn on post notifications!
